Where does PaperBrush Studios Ship?
Currently Paperbrush Studios only ships in the United States. If you purchase items through our third party sites (redbubble,etc) shipping maybe available for more locations.
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
This all depends on what you have ordered..Digital Art Commissions usually take a week..Physical items like totes,etc take 2-3 weeks. When you place your order and we have our consultation you will be given an estimated time, Of course this time is adjusted if I have other commissions ahead of yours.
Commission Payment Guidelines
All Custom Commissions require that you pay 50% deposit of the total amount upon placing the confirmed order. This deposit is use for supplies & for the time required to complete the sketch of your custom order. This is nonnegotionable,and not refundable if you cancel your order at a later time. Once order is complete the remainder of the order total is due before pickup/delivery.

When do I pay for a premade item if I am picking up locally?
The complete amount of a premade item purchase is due upon confirming what item(s) it is you are wanting to purchase. Local deliveries are every Saturday at the local Hobby Lobby. Purchases must total at least $25.00 or more. No extra delivery charge is added!
